  1. This blog is called Dr. Rock’s Blog and Roll, yet most of the time there is very little rock music, hard rock or metal listed. But you post things like Kanye West, C &C music factory etc which are the farthest thing from rock music.
I have a Facebook group of my own called Metal And Tats, everyday we post a Today in rock/metal history. I rely on your blog for hard rock/metal releases so I can post them to my group. It’s getting harder and harder to find hard rock/metal releases on your blog

    • Dana:

For starters, DrRock.com (under rebuild right now) and Dr. Rock’s Blog & Roll celebrate

rock and pop music from the 60s, 70s and 80 – the BEST music ever made!

Our focus is on the artists, historical figures and music that contribute to this wonderful experience we call rock.

This is not a metal site and is not meant to be other than within the broader genre of rock. That also includes country-rock, folk-rock, blues-rock, glam, roots, progressive, psychedelic, Latino, art, funk, jangle and many other sub-genres.

I applaud your Metal and Tats page and appreciate your reliance on our factoids for your site.

      Cheers, Dr. Rock
